As the Executive Chef of Altafiumara, Antonio Battaglia creates a cuisine with a powerful identity by merging his international experiences with his Calabrian roots. His signature style rests on a delicate balance between Eastern precision - rooted in attention to detail and reverence for ingredients - and the memory of traditional local recipes. This perfect synergy comes alive in his most famous dishes - Calabria Made Sushi Fusion and Homemade Bottarga, now the cornerstones of flavor at the Chiringuito.
