The buffet
The breakfast buffet at Altafiumara transcends the ordinary. Along with the timeless classics of continental breakfast, guests are treated to the specialties of the Strait: crumbly almond pastries, finely cured meats, local cheeses, and seasonal fruit. Yet the sea remains the true protagonist. Each morning brings you tuna preserved in olive oil, crafted to the chef’s signature recipe, complemented by a selection of artisanal sausages from the Aspromonte mountains. A culinary journey that finds its sweet finale with granitas, homemade jams and freshly-baked bread.

A show-cooking station brings a personal touch to start your day, with eggs prepared to order, as you watch. Whether scrambled, in an omelet, soft-boiled, hard-boiled or fried, every dish is handled with care and served fresh.
