An Evening Dedicated to Gourmet Pizza
Recently, at our Chiringuito Restaurant, we launched the event “A Pizza ‘ra Me Terra” (The Pizza of My Land), an evening dedicated to gourmet pizza that is already winning over the most refined palates.
Every Thursday, we witness the collaboration between our chef, Antonio Battaglia, and master pizza chef Salvatore Lo Faro. Their shared goal is to create an unforgettable evening where pizza, one of the world's most beloved dishes, is reinterpreted with a gourmet twist. This experience is made even more special by the presence of Lo Faro, who two years ago won the National Pizza Doc Championship in Capaccio-Paestum (Salerno).
