The civil ceremony was celebrated outdoors, immersed in lush greenery and bathed in a light that seemed to make time stand still.
Every element was perfectly in place, with no need for frills or artifice. Just carefully chosen words, emotions visible on the faces of those listening, and knowing glances that required no translation.
Everyone present immediately sensed they were witnessing something that went far beyond mere formality. There was only the essential, and a great deal of love.
